Ashley was born and raised in Canyon, Texas but has been a resident of Wichita since 2015.  Currently living in the Maize school district with her husband, 2 kids, 1 cat, and 1 dog.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional Management from Texas Tech University in 2007.  Her career background consists of 20+ years managing restaurants, hospital food service, and K-12 foodservice. Ashley changed career paths and joined our team in May 2021.  Her experience managing teams and providing customer service have helped enhanced the client service our agents and administrative support give.  She supports the agents by overseeing the administrative team, providing systems and processes to help the clients get to the closing table. She is also fluent in American Sign Language and is able to interpret for our deaf or hard of hearing clients.

With there being multiple Ashley’s on our team she goes by AP. So if you hear someone from The Roy Group say “Let me ask AP” they are talking about our Director of Operations.  

When not in the office AP spends her time going to her kids’ volleyball and basketball practices/games, or in the kitchen at home.  If you need a recipe for a meal that is kid-approved or desserts around the holidays she’s got you.
