Susan Guiot is a Client Service Manager with 2 and a half years of experience working alongside our team of agents. Susan specializes in supporting both sides of real estate transactions, responsible for supporting agents and their clients from start to finish with their real estate needs. Susan is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Susan is inspired daily by her family. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with family, crafting, decorating, and officiating high school volleyball through the KSHSAA. Susan will be completing her 18th year as a licensed official.

She is a Buhler High School graduate and grew up in Hutchinson, KS. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University.
