David Schlagel was born and raised in Colorado and attended Colorado State University studying Corporate Finance and Investment Analysis. After graduation, he served in the Army as an Air Defense Artillery Officer being deployed in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve.

Upon leaving active duty, David and his family chose the Wichita area to call home for its strong sense of community and family friendly atmosphere. During this time, David worked in corporate and government contract negotiations and pricing proposals before entering real estate. David’s negotiation and market analysis experience is a vital asset when it comes to listing or purchasing your home.

When not at work, David is spending time with his family and being outdoors. You’d find him enjoying time fishing, gardening, home improvement, taking care of his animals, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
