After years of playing college baseball, Matt transitioned his competitive drive and work ethic into real estate in early 2017. He started as an independent agent with Keller Williams before joining forces with The Roy Group.

Matt thrives on challenges and has built a highly efficient, seller-focused business model. By 2020, he was closing over 40 transactions annually, with more than 90% of his business dedicated to listings. In 2021, he expanded into acquisitions, working with investors, commercial sellers, and traditional retail clients. An accomplished investor himself, Matt has experience in both long-term holdings and renovation/resale projects.

In 2024, Matt closed 50 transactions, totaling nearly $9 million in volume, further cementing his reputation as a top-performing agent in the industry.
